i have learned to accept that it was training for what was to come. and without that -- and hilarious old and new friends -- i would've broken down months ago.
i still get a bad day or two sometimes. but i get by. and i think of the SEALS motto "the only easy day was yesterday." so i face tomorrow with a lot of faith in the world, and most of all, myself.
