getaway

i went on a plane, a bus, several cabs, a boat, a motorcycle and a jeepney to find peace.  i found laughter and the fear temporarily went away.  i've recharged and now, i have more energy to endure the panic attacks and make this state of complication simpler.

Song of the Day:  Runaway (by Janet Jackson)

I've seen the world, been to many places
Made lots of friends, many different races
I've had such fun around the world it's true
African skies with a Nairobi mood
I fell asleep in Tuscany and dreamed
The one thing missing was you

speed

on my way to work this morning, the bus i happened to be in was showing speed (keanu reeves in a tight white shirt *sigh*). the irony of it was that the bus in the movie was not supposed to go slower than 50 mph and the bus i was in was stuck in buendia for 20 minutes.
i got to thinking that maybe if i slowed down and stress was taken away from my life, i would blow up-- that slowing down would give me too much time to think and there would be some sort of nuclear explosion and all the king's horses and all the king's men would never be able to fix humpty dumpty.
i have more than a month of waiting to do. until then, all i have are necklaces made of 5-centavo coins, tissue paper, dreams of ceramic bowls and laughter.
Song of the Day: Hold On (by Wilson Phillips)
Don't you know, things'll change
Things'll go your way
If you hold on for one more day

aimlessly rambling

words will always be misunderstood and there is no way in the world that one person can please everyone.

any attempt to defend myself, my words or actions will be futile. everybody is entitled to their own opinion, whether they're brave enough to own up to it or not.

nothing to do but take things in stride and hope for the best in between panic attacks.

Song of the Day: Listen (by Collective Soul)
And the answers you seek
Are the ones you destroy
Your anger's well deployed
DISCLAIMER: This is not meant to offend anyone, in case I get misunderstood again.
