power interruption at 2AM.
Meralco will never be able to redeem itself in my eyes.

Magkaron lang ng ibang electric company, mabilis pa ako sa alas kwatro lilipat.

They should re-consider naming their "Consumer Care" department since it doesn't sound like they actually care. Calling it "Customer Service" is an oxymoron too.  Big question is: nasan ang service?
