barely two weeks ago, i had to argue with two customer service representatives from Meralco's "Consumer Care" hotline because of the corporation's inefficiency to give a basic utility service. i was on a deadline. i needed electricity. i had a schedule for a busy weekend. and MERALCO basically screwed it all up.
tonight, i am still on a deadline and again, the power goes out. this is what MERALCO does best. raise their rates, deliver punctual disconnection notices and fail to provide the service their consumers deserve. and their timing is always impeccable. i think they need a little competition. nakakahiya kayo, MERALCO, basic service pa man din kayo. Kung may ibang electric company lang, matagal na akong lumipat. because i don't think there's anything crappier than the service you claim to provide.
