cable and internet went out momentarily this afternoon.
i called SKY Cable to inquire if the system was down in my area and their customer service representative told me the areas that were having technical problems. i was nowhere near them.
but she told me she would make a report and have the problem fixed by monday AT THE LATEST.
fifteen minutes later, everything was as smooth as a baby's bottom.
now, THAT is consumer care.
a stark contrast from my MERALCO nightmare two weeks ago when they told me it would take a minimum of THREE days (a whole weekend) to restore power to five homes in our area. and they were a basic utility service.
hats off to SKY Cable's customer service. every centavo you pay is worth it. i hope they keep it up.
